Flirtic Child Safety Standards

Flirtic OÜ is committed to providing a safe environment for users of the Flirtic application and services. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and prohibit any use of Flirtic that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children.
Prohibition of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation
Flirtic strictly prohibits any content, activity, or behavior involving child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAE), including but not limited to:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM);
- Sexual exploitation or sexualization of minors;
- Grooming a child for sexual purposes;
- Sextortion involving a child;
- Soliciting, sharing, distributing, requesting, or promoting sexual content involving minors;
- Trafficking of children for sexual exploitation;
- Any other behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers a child.
Content or activity that facilitates, encourages, promotes, or supports CSAE is also strictly prohibited.
Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
Flirtic does not permit the creation, upload, storage, distribution, solicitation, or sharing of child sexual abuse material through its services.
When Flirtic becomes aware of CSAM or other content involving child sexual abuse or exploitation, we take appropriate action in accordance with these standards and applicable laws.
Such action may include removing or restricting access to prohibited content, suspending or terminating user accounts, preserving relevant information where required, and reporting confirmed cases to the appropriate authorities or child protection organizations where required by applicable law.
Reporting Child Safety Concerns
Users can report inappropriate content, behavior, or other safety concerns directly within the Flirtic application using the reporting functionality available in the app.

Review and Enforcement
Flirtic OÜ reviews reports concerning potential CSAE and CSAM and takes appropriate action when violations of these standards are identified.
Depending on the circumstances, enforcement actions may include:
- Removal or restriction of prohibited content;
- Suspension or termination of accounts involved in prohibited activity;
- Measures designed to prevent further abuse of the service;
- Cooperation with relevant authorities where appropriate or legally required;
- Reporting confirmed CSAM or child sexual exploitation to the appropriate competent authorities or organizations as required by applicable law.
Flirtic OÜ may take immediate action where necessary to protect users or prevent further harm.

Flirtic OÜ is committed to complying with applicable laws and regulations concerning child safety, child sexual abuse and exploitation, and child sexual abuse material.
We cooperate with relevant law enforcement agencies and competent child protection authorities where required by applicable law.
